GENERAL INFORMATIONS
These General Conditions of Sale concern the purchase of Age Vintage products carried out remotely via electronic network on the website www.agevintage.com, belonging to Fior Di Borse SRLS, based in Crispano (Na)), Via Napoli, 13 Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of the Legislative Decree. 185/99, Legislative Decree. 206/05; the information aimed at the conclusion of the contract will be subject to art. 12 of the Legislative Decree. 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree. 196/03.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The sales contracts for the products on the website www.agevintage.com are considered concluded when the purchase order placed by the customer is received by Age Vintage and the latter accepts it. Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS will promptly send the customer the receipt of the purchase order placed by the same.
By sending their purchase order electronically, the customer declares to have read and accepted these general contract conditions and undertakes to observe and respect them in his relationships with Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Age Vintage by Fior Di Borse SRLS pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 informs that the personal and fiscal data acquired even verbally in reference to established commercial relationships, provided directly by the interested parties, or otherwise acquired within the scope of the company's activity, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation , including the confidentiality obligations established by them.
In relation to the aforementioned, the rights referred to in Article 7 of the Legislative Decree may be exercised. 196/2003.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is required, before submitting his purchase order, to carefully read these general conditions of sale. The forwarding of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance.
Finally, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the conclusion phase of the contract.
DEFINITION OF THE ORDER
By sending the online order, the Customer sends Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS a purchase proposal for the product and/or products included in the cart. When the Customer places an online order for the products he has placed in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale.
Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS will communicate the acceptance and confirmation of the order to the Customer.

if the material was not available in stock at the time of the order and/or
if the Customer cannot or does not want to pay using credit cards (Paypal), bank transfer or Paypal. It is possible to place an order both via the website www.agevintage.com at the prices and conditions indicated therein and at our point of sale in Frattamaggiore (Na).
PURCHASE METHOD
The customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the relevant descriptive and technical data sheets, at the price indicated therein to which the delivery costs specified on the site are added.
Before submitting the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product, the overall cost in the case of purchasing multiple products and the related delivery costs are summarized.
Once the purchase order has been forwarded, the customer will receive from Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS an e-mail message confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information relating to the main characteristics of the purchased good, the indication detailing the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes and means of payment and containing a reference to the general contract conditions and information regarding the existence of the right of withdrawal, the conditions and methods of its exercise displayed on the site. PAYMENT
The customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed.
Payment by credit card: In the event that the consumer intends to make the payment by credit card, he can use the payment procedure with PayPal, suitable for ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by customers. Payment by bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer can be made using the following details:

In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased good will be shipped in the manner indicated in the following paragraph "Delivery of Products", to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of the credit, therefore on average within two/five days after carrying out the bank transfer (the timing varies depending on the credit institution used). DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The purchased good, together with the relevant invoice, is delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer when ordering online. Any specific needs must be presented by the customer to Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS
Age Vintage by Fior Di Borse SRLS guarantees delivery of the goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of confirmation of the transaction.
In the event that the customer chooses the cash on delivery method, payment must be made exclusively in cash, to be delivered directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
If Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS is unable to guarantee delivery within the aforementioned terms, a further 10% discount will be applied to the total cost of the relevant Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS items.
In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS).
GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The products purchased on the website www.agevintage.com are subject to the regulations on the sale of consumer goods. The products delivered comply with the characteristics illustrated online in the relevant descriptive and technical data sheets.
Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS is responsible towards the customer for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is recognized by the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the website www.agevintage.com.
METHOD FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a written communication to the address of Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The notice of withdrawal can be sent, within the same deadline, also by telegram or fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered mail with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return them to Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The good must be returned to Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally delivered to the customer, as well as packaged in its original packaging. A copy of the electronic order receipt must be attached to the returned product. The costs of returning the goods to Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS are borne by the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS is required to refund the sums paid by the customer.
In particular, Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS will proceed free of charge with the transmission of the credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped including shipping costs within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer. This operation will be carried out through the credit institution issuing the credit card used for the payment or by crediting the sum to the bank account indicated by the customer.
Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS has the right to reject any product returned in ways other than those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not been paid in full by the customer, or the methods and conditions have not been respected. times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the Age Vintage goods by Fior Di Borse SRLS reserves the right to declare pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the civil code terminated this contract by sending a written communication to the customer's electronic address.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is regulated by the Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action brought by the Buyer pursuant to this guarantee or any further legal guarantees will be the Court of Naples. In the event that Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS wins in any legal action, the plaintiff will have to reimburse Age Vintage di Fior Di Borse SRLS for the expenses, including lawyers' fees and court costs, incurred by Age Vintage of Fior Di Borse SRLS for its own defense.
POSTPONEMENT
For anything not expressly provided for in this contract, the provisions of current Italian law apply.
