This document aims to inform users on the way in which the Age Vintage company uses the personal data provided by customers who make purchases at Age Vintage by telephone contact or via the website www.agevintage.com.
The personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 ("Privacy Code") and, in particular, in compliance with the principles of necessity, transparency, lawfulness and correctness of the processing of personal data.
The following information is provided pursuant to and for the purposes of article 13 of the Privacy Code.
Data controller
The personal data controller is Age Vintage, with registered office in Via Napoli, 13 - 80020 - Crispano (NA) - Italy.
Type of data processed
Age Vintage collects personal data, i.e. information that allows the identification of a specific person, which are provided expressly and voluntarily by users. The personal data requested when registering on the www.agevintage.com website or by telephone to place a purchase order, are the name, date of birth (for adults), address, telephone number and e-mail address of users, necessary to provide the requested products and services. Age Vintage will not process sensitive data, understood as personal data capable of revealing racial, ethnic, philosophical, political, religious beliefs, health status, sexual life habits.
Methods and purposes of processing
The personal data provided by users will be processed, also with IT tools, for the following purposes:
- creation of an account on the www.agevintage.com website;
- supply of the products requested by the user;
- administrative and accounting purposes, such as sending documents relating to the order;
- user profiling (for email marketing campaigns);
- response to requests for information from users forwarded to customer service.
The provision of the personal data requested upon registration is necessary for the supply of the products requested by the users as well as, with the express consent of the interested party, for the sending of communications of an informative and/or commercial nature. Failure to provide data will make it impossible to provide the products and services requested by users as well as the impossibility of sending the aforementioned communications of an informative and/or commercial nature.
Even in the event of the provision of the relative consent, the sending of communications of an informative and/or commercial nature can be interrupted at any time by communicating to our contacts, e-mail and/or telephone.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
The personal data provided by users will be transferred exclusively to the managers of the structures involved in the supply of products and services (e.g. credit card service companies and shipping services) or in the sending of communications of an informative and/or commercial nature, if the user has given his consent during registration.
Processing of minors' personal data
Age Vintage does not process the personal data of minors and invites all users who have not turned 18 not to communicate their personal data under any circumstances, reserving the right to block access to the services to any user who has concealed their minor age or who has in any case communicated their personal data in the absence of the consent of their parents despite being under the age of 18.
Cookies
In order to facilitate navigation on the Site by identifying users' interests, Age Vintage uses cookies.
A cookie is a text file stored on the hard disk of the user's computer which does not cause damage to the operating system installed on the computer, nor to the user's files and can be read, modified or deleted by the website that sent them or by the user same.
Age Vintage may place a cookie in the computer's file browser when users visit the Site in order to store the settings chosen by the user.
Most browsers have simple methods with which to enable the deletion of stored cookies, the automatic rejection of them or the possibility of choosing between accepting or rejecting a specific cookie sent to the user's computer. Other data
Age Vintage may automatically collect information relating to the total number of visits to the Site, the number of visits to individual pages of the Site, the IP (Internet Protocol) addresses of users and the time spent on the Site.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are canceled immediately after processing. These data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the Site.
Right of access and other rights of the interested party
In accordance with article 7 of the Privacy Code, users have the right to access their personal data at any time as well as to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating or rectification; the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
